We're in New York, I can tell

On Thursday, the Mets played the Nationals.
Pedro Martinez, was up to his old ways, he drilled Jose Guillen twice and provoked a brawl but no ejection was given. Flashback, last season versus the Mets, Pedro Martinez nailed Jose Guillen and Guillen wanted Loaiza to hit Martinez when he would be at-bat.
It didn't happen.

There is a hidden "love" between Guillen and Martinez.

Thursay night, Frank Robinson and pitcher Felix Rodriguez were ejected from the game by crew umpire Rick Reed. Rodriguez, hit catcher Paul Lo Duca after the home plate umpire had issued warnings to both teams. Robinson says that Rodriguez did not purposely try to hit LoDuca, but both face automatic suspensions.

Of course.

Nick Johnson gets drilled, and Guillen gets hit twice and NO ONE in the Mets is ejected.
Smells like New York to me, anyway, it's like the the Toronto Maple Leafs referees, no one touches the Leafs' players or there will be penalties galore.

MLB should upgrade it's umping squad.
